Reports to: Off Course Strategy & Member Services Lead   
Location: Golf Canada Head Office / Remote
Status: Full Time
Start Date: April 2026
Salary:  $48,000 - $52,000 per annum

Coordinator, Golf Services – National Golf League (NGL) is responsible for league acquisition, revenue growth, and participant experience of the BDO National Golf League program. This role serves as the primary relationship manager for league operators and championship qualifiers, while also supporting Regional Directors through league recruitment and conversion initiatives to drive program expansion.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
 
NGL Support (70%)
  • Drive NGL club recruitment targets by region
  • Execute outbound communication to assist Regional Directors in booking NGL meetings
  • Track recruitment pipeline metrics: outreach, meetings booked, conversion rate
  • Support revenue growth through league acquisition and conversion initiatives
  • Execute targeted sales and recruitment campaigns to onboard new leagues
  • Coordinate with Regional Directors to advance sales opportunities and close new league partnerships
  • Onboard new NGL clubs and guide registration process
  • Manage renewal timelines and convert leagues into long-term contributing programs
  • Serve as primary point of contact for all NGL league operators
  • Conduct proactive mid-season operator check-ins
  • Provide expert guidance based on NGL Playbook / Operator Manual
  • Support GolfGenius setup
  • Ensure Handicap Compliance among NGL qualifiers
  • Coordinate player registration verification and eligibility compliance
  • Manage preparation and operational delivery of Regional Playoffs
  • Maintain championship participant database accuracy
  • Assist in coordinating National Championship execution (stipends, gifting, registration, logistics etc.)
  • Execute post-event follow-up and surveys
  • Track league participation, growth metrics, and First Tee fundraising engagement
  • Organize and refine NGL administrative processes
 
Off Course – Just Swing (30%)
  • Provide customer service support to all Off Course Member Facilities
  • Assist in the recruitment and communication with new Off Course Facilities
  • Make recommendations for improved user experience and better customer service
 
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, & ABILITIES:
  • French Language considered an asset
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing client or partner relationships
  • Event Management experience considered an asset
  • Competency with Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently while proactively communicating progress and initiatives
  • Manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible hours / some weekends
  • Golf knowledge is considered an asset.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE: 
  • Salary of $48,000 - $52,000
  • ½ Day Friday’s in summer months  
  • 2-week office closure during the winter break

NOTE: The Golf Canada's regular hours of work are 40 hours per week, namely Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day and 5 days a week including a one-hour lunch. However, the demands of your position may mean that your hours of work will vary, may be irregular and will be the hours required to meet the objectives of your employment.
