OPPORTUNITY:
 
Title: Administrator, Partner Experiences
Reports to: Manager, Partnerships Marketing     
Location: Golf Canada Head Office
Status: Contract (6 months)
Ideal Start Date: May 1, 2026    
Salary: $47,000 - $50,000
 
OVERVIEW:
 
The Administrator, Partner Experiences is responsible for assisting in the execution of a Premier Partner’s season-long golf program and tournament. Working closely with Golf Canada’s Partnership team, the Premier Partner, and their respective agencies, this individual will develop a firm grasp of what is required to execute competition on an equitable basis using the Golf Canada handicap system. This is a service-first role, with direct support required to Golf Canada partners, individual golfers and Golf Canada member clubs.
 
 
PRIMARY DUTIES:

Partner Tournament Program Administration & Handicapping Support                                80%
  • Prepare and distribute clear, consistent weekly updates to communicate progress and key developments to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage partner specific & general mailboxes responding to all handicap-related inquiries.
  • Manage incoming tournament rosters, while verifying participant Handicap Index through Golf Canada Score Centre
  • Verify and manage tournament results & scoring in preparation of the National Final
  • Lead the creation of a comprehensive year-end recap summarizing results, insights, and priorities to support planning and alignment.
  • Coordinate and communicate with supplier and dealers to order approved gifting
  • Manage supplier and partner invoicing
  • Event set up and on-site support of National Final
  • Liaise with stakeholders and host golf club
 
 
Partnership Administrative Support                                                                              20%
  • Support Partnerships team members with the execution of partner contracted assets and programs per their respective agreements
  • Assist with the execution of partner deliverables across various Golf Canada programs and properties, including but not limited to: Marketing and Communications, Professional Championships, and grassroots golf initiatives
  • Be on-site and assist with the delivery of Partner activations and events at the RBC Canadian Open and CPKC Women’s Open
  • Special projects as required

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, & ABIITIES:
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Sports Administration
  • Golf knowledge and understanding of Handicapping is considered an asset
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Manage multiple deadlines and priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and possesses a strong aptitude for conducting themselves in a professional, responsive manner with external clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Customer service experience considered an asset
  • Competency with Microsoft Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Experience maintaining databases
  • Ability to work in groups and independently
  • French Language considered an asset

COMPENSATION PACKAGE: 
  • Annual Salary of $47,000 - $50,000
  • 2-week office closure during winter break  
  • ½ Day Friday’s in summer months
